If there are any other questions that you would like answered, please give us a call, we will be glad to help

▶ Do you have a shop I can visit? What hours are you open?

We are an online business and don't operate a retail counter.   Our business hours are as follows:   Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm Saturday 10am to 12pm   You can contact us at any time using our Request a Quote facility.

▶ How are my parts sent to me?

Your parts will be sent to you by courier.  We have a long established link with DPD (formerly Interlink), an excellent service provider, and use their services for all our deliveries.  Where your own part is to be returned in part exchange, we will send DPD to collect this from you at a mutually suitable time (normally 2-3 days after your new part is delivered). DPD have a sophisticated tracking facility should you need to track dispatch of your item.

▶ How do I know I will get the right part?

We supply parts based on the information you provide.  As long as you provide us with the correct information you will get the correct component.  To help us help you, please provide as much information as possible when requesting a quote - including the make and model, engine size and year of manufacture of your vehicle. For turbos please provide the part number, which can normally be found on a flat plate or tag on the body of your turbo. For fuel injectors and fuel injector pumps we need to know the part number and the make (e.g Bosch, Siemens, Delphi) - again this will be on your old part. For electrical (rotary) parts - starters, alternators, electrical pumps (aircon/power steering) we need the part number and make. In all instances providing us with your registration number will help us pinpoint the correct part.

▶ What are your payment terms?

All items must be paid for in full before dispatch.  We accept Paypal, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Laser

▶ What does Remanufactured mean?

Remanufacturing is frequently confused with reconditioning - they are not the same thing at all.  We have created a detailed explanation of the difference. You can read it here.

▶ When can I expect my parts?

Once your payment has cleared we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours.  Where goods are being ordered in, we will advise you when you should expect your item - this is normally within 2-3 working days.

▶ Do you offer a warranty?

Turbochargers, brake calipers, steering racks, power steering pumps come with a 12 month manufacturers limited warranty.  All engine rotary items - alternators and starter motors - come with a 6 month manufacturers limited warranty.   The warranties in all cases are limited to parts and manufacture and do not cover you for poor fitting of the parts, misuse, normal wear and tear, or poor maintenance.   Parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic, and fitting instructions supplied must be strictly adhered to - failure to fit the component correctly may invalidate your warranty.   Please see our sample warranty here for more details of what is typically covered under the warranty.

▶ What does distance selling mean?

Distance selling is any selling that is not done face-to-face.  This includes sales transacted by phone, online and by email.  Under distance selling legislation you can choose to return the product you have purchased within 14 days subject to the following:

  • You must notify the seller as soon as you decide to return the item
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which is was sent, and in its original packaging
  • The item must not have been used
  • The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer
  • This legislation does not cover parts ordered to specification e.g a turbo built to order.

Please note distance selling regulations apply to sales to consumers only, as defined under the regulations. Sales to businesses are not covered by these regulations.
